Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. While we strive to meet this timeframe, dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.

Delivery Method & Charges

Standard shipping will be used for all orders.
Shipping is only available to mainland UK addresses.
The delivery cost will be clearly displayed at the checkout before payment is confirmed.
We do not currently offer international delivery.

Premium Delivery Requests

If you require a premium or expedited delivery option, please contact us directly prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request where possible and advise of any additional charges.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will review your case and advise on the next steps.
