Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Certain items (e.g. electrical components or made-to-order parts) may be non-returnable unless faulty. Please check product descriptions before ordering.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if item is damaged or incorrect).

Await our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos showing the damage or fault. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges
​
We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
